Job Description
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using NetSuite
- Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to meet client needs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite implementations
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize NetSuite solutions aligned with business objectives
- Guide clients in best practices for utilizing NetSuite functionalities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the capabilities of NetSuite
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Very good communication skills
- Work closely with clients
