Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Islamabad for a Network and Systems Administrator. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s technical infrastructure runs smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer systems and networks, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience in a network administrator role
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching, Azure/AWS, Ethernet/CISCO switches and routers
- Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- VOIP device and setup experience
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
