Job Description
- Strong proficiency in 2G and 3G theoretical knowledge, excellent communication in network strategy with clients or daily operations.
- Familiarity with 2/3G OSS-KPI degradation analysis and optimization process, strong capability in KPI solutions.
- Understanding of 2/3G major enhancement features, deployment, and evaluation experience.
- Proficient in Huawei RF tools such as Genexcloud, Omstart, FMA, U2020, U-net.
- Familiar with LTE OSS-KPI analysis and optimization, expertise in KPI solutions.
- Knowledge of LTE major features like VOLTE, MLB, eSrvcc, CSFB, deployment, and evaluation experience.
- Hard-working attitude, open to overtime if necessary. Service-oriented as a qualified RF service engineer.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
