Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking to hire a Network Infrastructure Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
Duties:
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Vulnerability scanning (Nessus Tenable)
- Monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, and AppDynamics
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- DevOps pipelines like BitBucket and GitHub
- Working on ITSM tools for managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management (we use Cadalys)
- Preference given to candidates who can document their work for future use as items are remediated
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT
- Experience with vulnerability scanning (Nessus Tenable)
- Experience using ITSM tools to work tickets/Change statuses/Windows Server and Linux administrative (T2-T3, not just T1)
- Familiarity with setting up servers/Security groups
- Experience working in Microsoft Azure
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/night shift)
