Job Description: VaporVM is seeking a dedicated NOC L1 Engineer to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring network operations, providing support, and resolving tickets. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and operations to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Provide first-line support for network-related issues.
- Resolve and manage support tickets in a timely manner using the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance network performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in network monitoring and support.
- Familiarity with network operations and troubleshooting.
