Job Description
Job Description:
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting of ATV and DTV services.
- Satellite Dish Installation & alignment for Signal acquisition.
- CRM & Field Staff Complaints handling regarding ATV and DTV services.
- Coordination with vendors and system support engineers of all equipment issues.
- Configure and Manage Verimatrix / Gospell / ABV Conditional Access System for digital services for different domains.
- Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of all headend equipment from different vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
- Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer.
- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of server hardware systems including Dell Blade, UCS, and HP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 year hands-on experience required in managing IP NOC.
