Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Level -1 support for all IT related issues.
- Proper escalation of unresolved issues to L2 (Internal) team according to guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries timely based on SLA’s.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and ensure proper issue logging.
- Record incidents and prioritize multiple open issues.
- Assist off-site technical staff and support assigned projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of computer systems and tech products.
- Expertise in systems administration, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Networking, and more.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
- BE/BSc/BS in IT or Computer Science.
- 1+ years’ experience in Level-1 support.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician/Support Engineer.
