Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team at Nera Telecommunications Ltd. As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall security of our network infrastructure. Your main tasks will include designing and implementing network security architecture, conducting regular security assessments, performing intrusion detection and prevention, monitoring network traffic, and investigating security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing network security architecture.
- Conducting regular security assessments and audits.
- Performing intrusion detection and prevention.
- Monitoring and analyzing network traffic for any unusual activities.
- Investigating and resolving security incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in network security engineering.
- Strong understanding of firewall technologies and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Knowledge of various network protocols and networking technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional certification in network security (e.g., CCNP Security, CEH) is a plus.
