Job Description
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to maintain and optimize our corporate network infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues, configuring switches and routers, administering firewalls and VPNs, monitoring network performance, documenting changes, enforcing security best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and upgrades. The role also provides technical support to end users and participates in an occasional on-call rotation.
- Associate degree or equivalent; 2+ years of network support experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network monitoring tools
- CCNA or equivalent certification preferred; excellent problem-solving and communication skills
