Job Description
1. Establishes CCTV & Fiber network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow access, information, and security requirements.
2. Support in maintenance of Cisco and IT devices.
3. Management and maintenance of enterprise data network including IT data-center.
4. Provide support for technical, operational, and connectivity issues in PDA devices.
5. Coordinate with HQ and SAP/WMS/ESP teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
6. Interact with internal clients to resolve support-related issues in software applications.
7. Coordinate with External & Internal teams for IT projects implementation.
8. Provide installation-related support and resolve technical issues for end users.
9. Provide support for technical, operational, and connectivity issues in PDA devices.
10. Managing Active Directory Users and Computers.
11. Controlling the repetition of similar issues.
12. Provide application testing support for IoT products.
Min Qualification: BCS/BIT/MCS/MIT, Preferably with CCNA/MCSE.
Experience: 2-3 Years of IT support (Relevant Field).
