Job Description
We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to oversee on-site activities. The responsibilities include:
- Providing remote assistance
- Conducting device reboots
- Handling rack and stack operations
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Escorting vendors during on-site visits
- Generating detailed reports
- Assisting in device deployment
Technical Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a strong understanding of network support. Having a CCNA/CCDP certification is an added advantage, though a solid knowledge base is highly preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 6 months of internship or work experience is required.
