Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time on-site Network Support role located in Islamabad. As a Network Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network-related issues. Your tasks include working on network systems, monitoring performance, configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support.
- Perform troubleshooting using remote access when required.
- Install and maintain Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu systems.
- Manage hardware installations and upgrades.
- Handle Email Server C Panel Management.
- Maintain existing software and hardware, upgrading as needed.
- Update user contact information regularly.
- Promptly respond to service calls and emails.
- Maintain both internal and external company networks.
- Troubleshoot and repair computers when issues arise.
- Assist in implementing firewalls and security devices.
- Configure the Microsoft Mailing system for MS Outlook.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software for end-users.
- Manage network printer installation and configuration.
- Handle wired and wireless LAN/WAN configuration and administration.
- Perform daily backups.
- Utilize antivirus and data recovery tools/software.
- Configure wireless routers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 to 1.5 years of experience in network support or a related field.
Important: Only Rawalpindi/Islamabad CVs shall be considered, as this is a full-time on-premise job.
