Job Description
Agrius IT is seeking a dedicated Network & System Engineer to analyze system and network logs to identify root causes and develop action plans. You will resolve tickets efficiently, collaborate with L2 and L3 support teams to troubleshoot system and network issues at customer sites, and maintain spare parts inventory in line with SLA requirements.
Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining network equipment, providing remote user support, and assisting program teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with relevant field experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
