Job Description
Role Description:
This is a contract, on-site role as a News Anchor at Ann Tv Pakistan in Lahore. As a News Anchor, you will host and present a current affairs cum legal & political affairs program. Responsibilities include researching, writing, presenting engaging content, conducting interviews, and moderating discussions. Collaborate with the production team for smooth programming and adhere to broadcasting standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hosting a program
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presence and ability to engage and captivate an audience
- Knowledge of current events, news, and entertainment trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Prefer experience in journalism, broadcasting, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field preferred
