Job Description
Grow More (Gulberg) is looking for dedicated Night Shift Agents to join our processing team. You will process customer orders and payments, provide product information, and handle refund requests. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Good English communication skills
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Record customer interactions
- Process orders and payments
- Coordinate with other departments
Work Schedule: Night shift from 8:30 PM to 5 AM. Pick and drop service available.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
