Job Description
We are seeking a punctual, professional full-time Night Shift Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team starting 12/30/2025. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and chats, performing follow-ups, resolving customer complaints, entering orders and complaints into POS/CRM systems, coordinating with internal departments, and reporting case closures to the line manager.
- Fluent written and spoken Urdu and English
- Fast, accurate typing and strong computer literacy
- Ability to search for and identify locations
Compensation: Rs35,00–55,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
