Job Description
We are seeking a Night Shift Call Center Agent to manage inbound customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain accurate interaction records. This role requires clear English communication, strong problem-solving, and basic computer proficiency. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with rotating weekends
- Handle customer calls professionally and calmly under pressure
- Document interactions and follow escalation procedures
- Reliable, able to multitask, and committed to quality service
