Urban Communications is a customer support and service provider based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We have been offering our services since December 2018 and are registered in the UK and USA. With a head office in Islamabad, we have a team of nearly 50 employees. In addition to customer support solutions, we also offer sales, lead generation, appointment setting, software development, website development and management, and business coaching.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Night Shift Supervisor at Urban Communications. As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the night shift operations. This includes monitoring and managing the performance of the team, ensuring smooth operations, handling customer escalations, and coordinating with other departments. This is an on-site role located in Islamabad.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support and management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing shift schedules
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10pm to 8am
Salary
- PKR 70,00 basic
- PKR 5,00 punctuality
- PLUS BONUSES
