Job Description
- Monitor network operations and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Perform routine checks on network systems and hardware
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime
- Analyze network performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth network operations
- Document and maintain network incident reports and resolution procedures
- Provide technical support to end users and assist in resolving network-related problems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet SLAs and deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a NOC Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA) are a plus
- Onsite Support Staff must have CCNP certification or higher and 24×7 NOC staff having CCNA level expertise
