Job Description

Location: Head Office, Karachi
Overview: We are looking for a NOC Associate to ensure smooth operations of our business-critical hardware infrastructure in the data center.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor data center environment and infrastructure.
- Conduct physical inspections and maintain logs.
- Ensure a clean environment to prevent equipment failures.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and servicing.
- Respond to alerts and report issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center/NOC monitoring.
