Job Description
Company Description:

Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing the Network Operations Center (NOC) and providing network administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Qualifications:
- 8hrs Shift duty and as per weekly schedule
- Experience in NOC management, network administration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in technical support for computer networks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telecom or AC/DC power is required
- Minimum 2 years Experience as Duty Manager
- Capable of leading NOC shifts and handling all types of NOC tasks
- Good knowledge of excel
