Genesis IT Lab is a research-oriented software development company located in Islamabad. Our focus includes the development of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security Software Solutions. We conduct research before development of new algorithms and software, and use cutting-edge techniques and tools for development.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Node/Nest JS Developer at Genesis IT Lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing server-side architectures for web applications and mobile apps. They will work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript
- Experience with Node.js and Nest.js.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra, and relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with developing RESTful APIs
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
