Job Description
Suave Solutions is looking for an Executive Assistant to CIO in the role of Project Coordinator. You will be the primary support for the Chief Information Officer, managing tasks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications, facilitating board meetings, and engaging with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 3+ years of executive assistant experience in technology, PMP certification, and IT proficiency. Responsibilities: Measure project performance, coordinate resources, manage schedules and meetings, prepare reports, and demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
