Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Coordinate internal resources and clients for flawless project execution
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications on behalf of CIO
- Prepare reports and actively coordinate with the team
- Meet deadlines and ensure smooth communication and task management
- Strong Project Management and Communication skills required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential information
- PMP Certification is a must
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in technology or IT
- PMP Certification
- Technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts
- Act as a Communication Gatekeeper and Cross-Departmental Liaison for the CIO
