What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with support software is a plus
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms preferred
Technical Requirements:
- Personal computer with at least 15 Mbps internet speed
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
