Job Description
We are looking for a skilled NPM Project Engineer with strong proficiency in 2G and 3G theoretical knowledge. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in network strategy and be familiar with 2/3G OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and optimization processes. Experience in feature deployment and evaluation is a plus, along with knowledge of Huawei RF tools.
