Job Details:

– Company: Karachi based renowned Industrial/Mechanical Equipments & Services Provider

– Education: Minimum B.Com

– Experience: 2-3 Years of Odoo Accounting & ERP handling

– Gender: Male/Female

Responsibility:

– Objective: Handle Odoo Accounting & ERP Software independently

– Scope of work:

– Set up Odoo Accounting Module: Configure chart of accounts and financial settings.

– Record Transactions: Input sales, purchases, expenses, etc. into Odoo.

– Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with Odoo records.

– Accounts Receivable/Payable Management: Manage all payables and receivables in Odoo

– Sales Invoicing: Issue invoices, track payments, process vendor invoices.

– Financial Reporting: Generate P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements.

– Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, manage tax payments.

– Training and Support: Train staff on Odoo accounting module usage.

– Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements, make recommendations.

– Integration with other Modules: Ensure smooth integration with sales, inventory, etc.

Skill & knowledge:

– Must have in-depth technical & practical knowledge of Odoo Accounting.

– Leadership & management qualities.

– Basic English language proficiency, both oral and written.

– Should be able to professionally communicate through email.

– Should have basic computer knowledge with MS-Office.
