Role Description
We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations by managing calendars, organizing files, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing other duties as necessary to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field preferred
