Job Description

Position: Office Administrator

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in office administration

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records, both electronic and physical, ensuring proper documentation and filing systems are in place.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Coordinate with building management or facilities services to address any maintenance or repair needs within the office. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment for all employees.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining an organized and well-stocked inventory of office supplies and oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment.
