Job Description
The Senior Administrator will oversee the daily administrative functions of the solar company, ensuring smooth operations across departments. This role will manage office procedures, support management teams, and contribute to the effective execution of projects, all while aligning with the company’s mission of sustainable energy growth.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee and manage all administrative processes, including documentation, filing, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain an efficient workflow in the office, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Office Operations:
- Supervise office supply management, procurement, and inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment.
- Develop and implement systems for efficiency and productivity improvement.
HR and Team Support:
- Support HR with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records.
- Coordinate staff training, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the HR and finance departments.
Client and Vendor Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Manage contracts and maintain relationships with service providers.
- Ensure timely resolution of vendor and client inquiries.
Financial and Budgeting Assistance:
- Monitor office budget and expenditures.
- Support the finance department with invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documents for management review.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure the company adheres to health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific certifications.
- Prepare reports for management, highlighting administrative performance and areas of improvement.
- Dealing with Government entities for Security of our expat employees
Technology and Systems Support:
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software used by the company.
- Collaborate with the IT department for smooth operations of the office’s technology infrastructure.
