Job Description
We are The Providers, an immigration consultancy located in Sharfabad, Karachi. We are seeking a female Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, assist with client documentation, and ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare visa applications, handle correspondence, organize files, schedule appointments, and support daily tasks.
Requirements: Preferred experience as an office assistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication in English and Urdu.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Pay: Up to Rs45,00.00 per month
