Job Description
We are currently seeking a competent Office Assistant to join our team at Trimex World Associates (Pvt) Ltd. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing inquiries and quotations, coordinating post-order activities, performing routine tasks, and making cold calls to potential clients.
Role Description:
- Thoroughly check inquiries and prepare quotations
- Follow up on submitted quotations through calls and emails
- Handle post-order activities involving foreign suppliers, banks, and customers
- Manage routine administrative work
- Make cold calls to prospective clients
Qualification / Skills:
- A graduate with 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
