Role Description
As an Office Associate, you will work full-time at our Rawalpindi office. Your responsibilities will include administrative assistance, customer service, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth and efficient office administration. Working hours are from 11am-8pm.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Experience in handling social media
- Administrative assistance and office administration skills
- Accounting and finance skills
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Preferred experience in a similar role
