Job Description
Skinsmith is actively searching for a proactive and organized Office & Reception Manager to oversee daily operations and provide a seamless experience for both clients and staff. This hybrid position, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), demands exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage inquiries effectively.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and coordinate any necessary repairs.
- Handle daily cash payouts and maintain basic expense records.
- Assist with client scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Work collaboratively with staff to optimize workflows.
Requirements:
- Previous office management experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
