Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow, and managing administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include office supply management, facility maintenance, and coordinating with various departments. You will also be in charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for this position. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent time management skills. Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role is preferred.
