Salary Range / Month: $500 – $100
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Lahore. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative assistance, ensuring the office is equipped with necessary supplies and equipment, providing customer service, English Speaking, Good Management Skills, and overseeing the general office administration.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (USA Accent), both written and verbal
- Strong administrative assistance skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in office equipment usage such as copiers, printers, and telephone systems
- Customer service-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues with diplomacy
- Previous experience in office administration is required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
