Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Services Coordinator located in Abbottabad City. The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and delivering customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships
- Administrative assistance skills, including maintaining filing systems, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively convey information and respond to inquiries
- Proficiency in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Customer service skills, including the ability to address and resolve customer concerns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Relevant experience in office administration and customer service is preferred. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
