Timing/ Days: 09:30 am – 06:30 pm/ Monday to Saturday

Key Purpose:

We are looking on behalf of our client for the position of Officer/ Asst. Manager CAD who will be responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of credit – related operations & managing risk associated with leasing finance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of credit applications, evaluating the financial status, creditworthiness, and risk associated with potential lessees or clients
  • Reviewing Credit Approval / documents and highlighting deficiencies (if any)
  • Review applications, verify credit information, financial statements, and credit reports to make informed decisions on approving or declining credit applications based on established criteria
  • Ensure the quality of credit documentation/security perfection within agreed TAT
  • Liaison with Respective stakeholder for smooth transactional activity
  • Supervising documentation and all system related transactions for disbursement and collaterals
  • Ensuring repayments are tracked and their timely reporting to all stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance of all requirements of SBP Prudential Regulations and Credit Policy Manual
  • Managing External & Internal Audit of Credit Portfolio

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University. Preference will be given to Master Degree holders,

Professional Experience: Minimum 03 – 05 years of experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a similar function in a financial/ banking or leasing company.

Behavioral Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of regulations and compliance specific to the banking/ financial or leasing company
  • Good knowledge of SECP NBFC & SBP regulations, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Understands the needs of a newly established entity, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup based environment
  • Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
