Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the role of Officer Development Practice. As an Officer Development Practice, you will be responsible for implementing and managing professional development programs for our employees.
Your main duties will include designing and delivering training sessions, coordinating with department heads to identify skill gaps, and creating a comprehensive development plan. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be familiar with different training methods and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
