  • Be responsible for managing day-to-day live chat customer interactions for PTCL Group.
  • Be responsible for managing and handling customer concerns & queries, information and complaints regarding PTCL Groups’ products and services.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers through live chat support.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Reporting customer escalations to supervisor and ensuring complaint resolution while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries & complaints.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • Bachelors’ degree from a reputable University.

Competencies

  • Experience in Live Chat Customer interactions handling.
  • Expert in Written Communication
  • MS Office Expert
  • CRM Handling
