Job Description
We are looking for a capable Officer to join our team in the Home Device Management Configuration & Product Administration department at Ufone 4G. As an Officer, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining home devices, ensuring they are up-to-date with software and security patches, and providing technical support to end-users. You will also handle product administration tasks including inventory management and documentation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail. Previous experience in home device management or product administration is a plus.
