Job Description
- Provide first-line technical support for software applications to internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and customer interactions in a ticketing system.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Participate in projects to implement new software applications and upgrades.
- Meet service level agreements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
