Job Description
Key Responsibility:
- Perform and confirm the daily operational setup on the assigned line/Production work center/manufacturing suite and operate with compliance to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and defined GMP/EHS standards.
- Perform autonomous maintenance of the assigned line/equipment, including ancillaries, which includes all first touch troubleshooting and technical maintenance.
- Ensure real-time and correct batch documentation and associated GMP documents in accordance with GSK data integrity principles.
- Responsible for maintaining 5S in the assigned zone. Perform equipment/area cleaning/washing, including GMP cleaning/washing, and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the line.
- Timely report and escalate all quality/safety deviations, incidents, events, near misses, problems, and issues in accordance with site SOPs. Conduct root cause analysis and prepare corrective and preventive actions for all such problems in the assigned zone(s), line, and work center.
- Participate in Tier-1 (Line level performance management meeting) and track the hourly board with defined KPIs.
- Perform all steps of line clearance and product change over as per the production plan of the assigned line(s).
- Identify opportunities to reduce quality defects (deviations, BDEs) and production breakdowns, and reduction of waste (hazardous & non-hazardous).
- Comply and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality, and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
- Comply and ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
Educational Background:
- Minimum Level of Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) or Equivalent Technical Education after Matriculation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Area of Specialization: Technical understanding of Manufacturing and Packaging Equipment.
Experience:
- 1.5 or more years of experience.
