Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Officer PMO USF Roll Out & Project Reporting at Ufone 4G. As part of the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the rollout of the USF (Universal Service Fund) project, as well as reporting on the progress and status of various projects.
Your main duties will include coordinating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, tracking project deadlines and milestones, managing project documentation, and providing regular reports to management. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting quality control checks, identifying and resolving project issues, and ensuring compliance with project management standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of USF regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
