Job Description
Ensure you serve as the lead point of contact for all customer related matters. To understand buyer requirements and managing production timelines to meet delivery schedules. To handle product development, sampling & quality control to ensure that finished products meet the desired specifications and standards. To monitor market trends, analyse consumer preferences and strategize to optimize sales and profitability. To liaison with respective stakeholders; Design, production and marketing to align all aspects of manufacturing and sales effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Professional Experience: Fresh to 02 years of relevant experience, preferably from the textile industry.
- Behavioral Skills and Competencies: The candidate must have the following qualities:
- Understanding of regulations and compliance specific to the industry/ company
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Interpersonal and communication skills
