Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Officer Site Acquisition. As an Officer Site Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable sites for our projects.
Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, negotiating with property owners, and securing necessary permits for site development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful site acquisitions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in site acquisition or property development is highly preferred.
