Job Description
1. Maintaining and managing Data pool for every position according to the Data Sheet format.
2. Seeking applicants by placing creative job advertisements on different platforms
3. Participating in Job/ Career fair activities of universities to maintain a data pool of candidates, that could also help in MTO program.
4. Generate offer letters, recruiting reports and other reports as and when required.
5. Placing and negotiating an offer to the candidate C-3 and above.
6. Any other assignments, requirements or support required by the company.
