Job Description
This position at The Indus Hospital involves managing procurement activities for Fixed Assets and Imports. Responsibilities include overseeing Laboratory Fixed Assets and General Imports, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining work order records, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Officer will also handle Letter of Credit and Telegraphic Transfers documentation, coordinate with clearing agents for shipments, and maintain purchase order and work order records. Fieldwork may be required as needed, and all tasks assigned by the Supervisor must be completed diligently.
