Job Description
- Perform all recruitment and selection tasks ensuring adherence to timelines, manpower plans, and budgets.
- Review, filter, and shortlist resumes for vacant positions; maintain a candidate databank.
- Design interview panels, schedule tests, and interviews.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties, compensation, and benefits.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings including reference checks and medical examinations.
- Generate employee codes, create personal files for new hires, and maintain records.
- Register new employees’ attendance and distribute outgoing letters as needed.
- Coordinate IT orientation for new employees and Leaving Intimation process.
- Participate in internal projects as requested by the supervisor.
- Maintain Recruiting Dashboard with updated data.
