Job Description

Qualification:

A four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university.

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:

  • Must be well-versed with all product features and service processes of the Bank.
  • Stay updated on policies, procedures, SOPs of Service Standards & Quality.
  • Evaluate calls and meet the daily target of call monitoring as defined in SOP.
  • Generate a report of daily call monitoring and submit it to line management for further action.
  • Provide feedback to Call Center agents on evaluated calls.
  • Conduct callbacks when required to authenticate customers.
  • Ensure product knowledge, and highlight error gaps found in calls to the reporting manager on a daily basis.
  • Arrange approvals for the execution of financial transactions as required in the process manual.
  • Assist the line manager with any associated tasks.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating records pertaining to Audit and complying with all audit observations.
  • Act as a back-up for peer Officers to perform associated tasks.
  • Must have knowledge of call center metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of Maintenance activities in a Financial Call Center and risks associated with them.
  • Must possess team-building, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong grip on Microsoft Office.

Experience: Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
